You may or may not know that I have a degree in the study of plants (at the time plants of the western United States); specicalizing in Taxomony or the identifcation of plants; good work too, walk around in the spring/summer and pick flowers, grasses..
Grasses by the way are the hardest to key out (identify).
In the game GTA V the flowers/plants you see in game mirror the real thing (which I thought was cool)...
FYI: Scientist when talking about plants/animals use their scientific names which are written in Latin; that way you both know that you are discussing the same thing and not something else; avoids lots of confusion; Latin is also a dead language.
All scientific names are capitalized; Genus first, followed by the Species, then sub-species. Now you know.
