ORM; (Organizational Risk Management)

It isn't being practiced here at all.; No risk assessment , will it go off it I bang on it?, will the knife slip and sever one of the other guys fingers, hands?

Nope, no siree, no thoughts about any of that shit.

We have a saying in Ordnance (Navy), "our rules are written in blood" in that, somebody or bodies died.

I don't know what they are trying to do here unless part of a protective cap is stuck in the nose and he is trying to remove it. Needless to say, uh, no. Turn it in a get a new one.

The middle guy has his eyes closed (lot of good that will do).

Not to mention they are doing it IN the box with other projectiles!
